Final relief!!

This morning went to SunMed again for appointment with the OB-GYN. This time i went alone as darling said too many days holiday so today might be busy... Yesterday my legs were so pain and swollen, luckily this morning woke up much better de...

Well after waiting for 45 mins (which was much faster than usual if i meet doc jason), i went into the doc's room... the first impression i had on this dr noor anni was not too bad, due to the deco of her room... it's quite comfortable, unlike others that i went before... it's like a feeling of home more than a clinic. She gave me a professional feel, although this was the 1st visit but she read thru all my profile n history... she gave a scan on my tummy, baby was very active on that time, keep moving... everything was fine... i'm suppose 23 weeks now, but baby looks like a 6 months baby according to doc. Doc said my fever didn't affect the baby, since the fluid still plenty... but my legs were still in pain... doc explained it as normal after fever, but cannot take any pain killer during pregnancy so only can apply some sort of gel to reduce the pain and swelling...

Thanks god! Baby is healthy and everything goes well... I will take care myself more and try not to fall sick anymore... it's really tiring and scaring!

Sick, sick, sick...

As usual, I was sick during the holiday... dunno what's the prob, everytime when I'm in holiday sure fall sick... but this time was different because it seems serious and i'm 22weeks pregnant...

On the boxing day, I wake up with serious backache... at first I suspect it was due to my pregnancy and the bad sitting position i had the night before... so i sat on the massage chairs for 15 minutes and thought it was better. While I was driving, i found that my wrists were in pain too... then my legs and then i got headache... then i suspected it might be heaty... I start drinking plenty of waters and rest in at my mum's house. After woke up from nap, I felt like fever... so after darling finish work, i went see doc in clinic. Doc cant find the source of my fever, so only gave me PCM(paracetamol) to take... When we went back home after dinner, only i knew that my mother in law was having the same prob with me for the 2nd day de... she was more serious than me. The night i did not slept well, due to all the pain on my body n head...

The next morning, me n darling were woke by the phone call... mother in law was admitted to the hospital... but what's the source still unknown... So I went to the clinic again, coz my fever never goes off even after the PCM... the doc said it was still too soon to do any tests, she said have to wait till the 3rd day... and since i'm pregnant cant take too much medicine also. End up I spent the whole afternoon lied on the bed doing nothing... the headache was terrible!! The doc in hospital told that mother in law maybe virus infection... that's really scared me, coz virus is dangerous to the unborn... around 6pm I suddenly felt sooo sooo tired, n from that moment i seems like cant feel baby moving anymore until 8pm... that's really frightening!!

So I went to A&E in Sunway Medical Centre, the put me on the ECG to check the fetal's heartbeat and I need to press on a button if i feel the baby's movement... after half an hour of that checking, the midwife said the baby should be quite safe, asked me no need to worry so much, and had made an appointment for me to meet the doc on Tuesday. Then back to the general doc, he said nothing can do now(like what the doc in clinic said) and asked me to cont taking the PCM... by the time, my headache became more n more serious, almost unbearable... from the information from father in law, my mother in law was infected by bacteria, not that serious as virus infection... I felt much released at least! I took the PCM before sleep... and was sweat the whole night. This morning i woke up, there was no more fever and the clinic's doc said dun need any blood test then... Till now, the fever didnt come back... so hopefully I had won the battle with bacteria!

Well, from the time I know i might be virus infection i start talking to myself and my little baby... I told her we must fight together, mum will do all my best and baby you must always support mum... I kept on talking with her, especially when I felt very ill... I believe it worked!! We both together fighting with the bacteria and now seems like we won... I will still be alert until the appointment with the gynae (not the one i usually visit, coz he's on leave) to ensure baby is ok... So we will both work hard for few more days, ok babe?? Gambate!!

Christmas Eve

Seems like I'm getting old... dunno what to do on the christmas eve... after planned for a week, I spent this christmas eve at mv and count down at home =( At first it doesn't matter where to count down, as long as together with the one who means lots to u... but... 'the one' was in the toilet from 1145pm - 1208am... Ended up I had to count down with my little baby in our room...

Anyway before back home we went mv for movie and christmas eve dinner... Oh movie, he wanted to watch IP MAN but i dun really like it... I suggested few movies like Yes Man, Body of Lies etc., he wasn't like it... At the end, we watched Doraemon LOL!! and after the movie we both agreed it was nice and worth to watch... we spent 2 hours for the movie, but as i know IP MAN only 1 1/2 hour... Haha...

Wanted to try on Tony Rama's for quite some times, but my darling said he dun like steak in american style (especially T.G.I Fridays), so couldn't give a try on it... But most of the restaurants in mv we had tried before, so i managed to 'persuade' him try on the Tony Rama's Christmas Dinner Set... Luckily the price is quite reasonable, so he got no excuses to reject me... The main course I chose was the famous beef ribs and he chose the ribeye... Well, the soup and starter was not bad, most important is u wont feel full after the soup & starter. The beef ribs was so so only, maybe out of my expectation due to high recommendation in mag n etc. The ribeyes (we exchange our main course) was not nice at all. He asked for medium but it was medium cook. Finally the dessert... Ice cream with brownie (which dif. from the menu), was quite nice just bit over sweet. But darling said the dessert was the most delicious one... Haha

So after dinner we went back home... then we missed the count down session... After that just apologize session and good night ZZzzz

Oh ya I did made a cheese cake for this christmas, but due to not making for more than a year, it was not very nice =(

Welcome!!

Hi to everyone! Keep on thinking to create my own blog after reading others' blogs for few years, finally came out with this...

Well at first like to write it in Chinese, as that would be easier to bring out my thoughts(due to my limited vocab in English)... But there are friends who cant read Chinese... so i'm here to try my best, hope everyone enjoy reading my blog =)

I guess i had lost contact with many friends for quite some times... so now it's time to update myself to all of you! For the past few months, was busy with my music school (The Fifth Music Academy). As it was just established on June 08 so much things need to do to bring the business up. Further more my hubby, Adrian, started his new job on Sept and left me alone (most of the time) to battle in the business. Now i'm so free blogging here is because the music school having year end holiday =) Anyway after 1/2 year the school established, with the help from my partners and support from my hubby, the school's business is now considered stable and growing well.

Another good news is I'm now 5 months pregnant. Really thanks god for giving this little life growing in my tummy. I just wish 'she' could grows up healthy and born healthy on Apr 09. Yup, i'm not very sure about 'her' gender. I went to a clinic about a month ago due to stomachache. Thru the scan the doc told me most probably is a girl. But my gyne Dr. Jason never mentioned bout the gender so far. And from those 'expert mom' they said my tummy looks like carrying a boy... and 'she' is quite active... So i'm not too sure... But the gender doesn't really matter to me, though most of my friends know i prefer girl LOL!! Now, healthy is the only thing i concern. Pregnant is really a hard time. Will share more about pregnancy next time. If doc not going to tell me on the gender, i will just wait until the labour day. So friends, dun be suprise if 'she' turns up be a boy LOL!!
